Pakistani singers Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will perform for the very first time ever in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia tomorrow (Friday). As part of this Riyadh Season 2019, the audience will be entertained by both the Pakistani singers in Riyadh. Saudi Royal Court Adviser and Chairman of the
General Entertainment Authority Turki Alalshikh, in the Kingdom announced the show on his Twitter account. “For our Indian and Pakistani sisters and brothers at Riyadh, Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will be waiting for you around the 25th of October,” he wrote.
Lately, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan along with Jackie Chan, Jason Momoa and Jean-Claude Van Damme took part in Saudi government-backed summit to promote the kingdom’s amusement industry and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030 strategy to build the country into a top regional movie and TV hub.
Saudi Arabia has recently launched Riyadh Season Festival to promote tourism from the kingdom. The event will last until December 15th for two weeks and kicked off from October 11. It will include a vast selection of sporting, artistic and cultural events, such as theater, music performances and fashion shows.
