SC directs private Colleges Direction to Transport deposited funds into Gain account

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court Tuesday directed the private colleges direction to move the deposited capital in a gain accounts and sought responses from respondents within an application filed with a private college.

A three-member seat of the apex court, led by Justice Umar Ata Bandial and included Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan, heard the situation about the refund of deposited safety amount within an use of a private college.

Throughout the course of preparation, the counsel for the private faculty Ayesha Hamid advised the court that on its own directive, the private colleges had deposited the safety funds and the capital must be returned to the private colleges.

Faisal Saddiqui counselor for the parents contended that the deposited cash shouldn’t be returned to the universities and in light of SC conclusion, this sum had to be corrected in the charges.

Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan stated according to the press reports that the schools weren’t executing the courtroom verdict. Afterwards, hearing of this case was adjourned until January 2020.
