Justice Gulzar to replace CJP Khosa: Summary sent to PM’s Secretariat

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Law has Delivered into the Secretariat of the Prime Minister the Outline for appointment of the chief justice of Pakistan, ” Reported That the Geo news Station on Friday.

The report stated that Senior Judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, was appointed the new chief justice. The Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, who’s retiring on December 20 will be replaced by him.

If his appointment has been approved by the minister justice Gulzar will restart the fee since the new chief justice on December 21.

According to the website of Pakistan’s Supreme Court, Justice Gulzar Stayed Pakistan’s Acting Chief Justice from 2018, November 2019, and May.

Justice Gulzar Hunted his early Schooling from Gulistan School, Karachi, Also Got B.A. Diploma from the Government National College, Karachi, and LL.B.Degree in the S. M. Law College, Karachi.

He’s served in the capacity of legal advisor of different multinational and local businesses, banking and financial institutions.

He then registered as a advocate on 18th January, 1986 as an advocate of the high court on 4th April, 1988 and an advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 15th September, 2001.

He Had Been Raised to the post of a judge of the Sindh High Court on 27th August, 2002 and Afterwards, as an Indicator of the Supreme Court on 16th November, 2011.
